Apply to become a Partner
- Complete the native Partner application with accurate business information.
- Provide the required WhatsApp number and structured service areas.
- Accept Terms and Privacy before submitting the application.
- Track the internal application status; approval is not automatic.
Important
Never send an application by email—the native form is the official queue.
Approval & secure access
- After approval, use the native Partner login—not WordPress screens.
- Complete the required Partner Terms acceptance before accessing protected operations.
- A material terms change may require a fresh acceptance.
- Keep your own login and contact methods current.
Important
Access is personal and must not be shared across unauthorized team members.
Profile & service areas
- Add one or more areas using Country → State/Region → City.
- Use only Structured service areas; the legacy Markets field is not valid.
- Set the travel radius from 1–500 km; the default is 50 km.
- Maintain guest capacity using the same canonical contract used by Customers.
Important
Broader regional fallback should be deliberate; ambiguous legacy locations require reselection.
Categories & offers
- Select canonical Categories that accurately describe your services.
- Create and maintain separate Variants for distinct commercial offers.
- Keep capacity, format, requirements and commercial information accurate.
- Do not use location fields to represent an offer, or offer fields to represent coverage.
Important
Categories drive eligibility; Variants represent what can actually be proposed.
Opportunities & credits
- Review only opportunities that meet structured eligibility rules.
- Check event window, location fit, guest scale and requirements before acting.
- Understand the displayed credit cost and your wallet balance.
- An unlock is recorded in the immutable ledger; updates must not create new charges.
Important
Never run a real payment merely to test the flow.
Submit a proposal
- Choose one valid Variant for the opportunity.
- Describe scope and conditions clearly and truthfully.
- Do not include phone numbers, emails, URLs, handles or identifying media before reveal.
- Submit within the opportunity window and monitor its status.
Important
Pre-reveal communication stays mediated and must preserve Customer anonymity.
Selection, event & support
- If selected, accept the authorized reveal and coordinate final details.
- Keep event status and operational records current.
- Use check-in, check-out and occurrence tools when enabled.
- Open Support from /partner/ and reference the case without exposing sensitive data.
Important
Credits, refunds and adjustments must always remain traceable in the FESTENO ledger.
