Welcome & secure access
- Sign in with the one-time code sent to your email.
- Accept Customer Terms and Privacy before your first event.
- Keep access codes private; FESTENO will never ask for them by message.

Each event remains isolated inside your account.
Explore Discover
- Browse curated experiences by canonical category.
- Open an experience to review format, guest scale and requirements.
- Use “Add to my event” to save inspiration; this is not a booking or checkout.
Important
Availability, price and the Partner are only confirmed through matching.
Create your event brief
- Create a new event for each distinct occasion.
- Select country, state or region, and city; use the controlled broader-area fallback only when needed.
- Enter date, guest count, categories and relevant event context.
- Review all details before submitting because material changes can trigger revalidation.
Important
Use exact information whenever possible—better inputs create better matching.
Eligibility & privacy
- FESTENO checks location coverage, capacity, category fit and timing.
- Your request is converted into an anonymized opportunity.
- Partners do not see your identity or direct contact before authorized reveal.
Important
No result means no eligible coverage yet—not that options are secretly pending.
Review proposals
- Open the event to review listed proposals.
- Compare scope, fit, conditions and event-specific details.
- Use FESTENO’s mediated channel for clarification before acceptance.
- Shortlist only proposals attached to the correct event.
Important
A proposal is not final until you accept it and FESTENO confirms the transition.
Accept & reveal
- Select the preferred proposal and complete any required reasons.
- Confirm the acceptance only when you are ready.
- Contact details are revealed only after the authorized acceptance step.
- Review final logistics directly after reveal while keeping FESTENO records current.
Important
FESTENO never reveals multiple Partners for the same accepted event.
Event day & support
- Use the event workspace for status and operational references.
- Follow confirmed check-in, check-out or occurrence instructions when available.
- Open Support from the authenticated workspace; share the event reference, not sensitive data.
- Complete the post-event review when requested.
Important
Support will identify the case by its reference and protect both parties’ data.
